In this session from XY Conference 2024, Darrell Johnson preaches from Philippians 2:5-11 on adopting the mind of Christ. Through the message, Darrell highlights this text as the interpretive centre of the Bible - through which we can make sense of who God is, and who we are as His image bearers. How can we adopt the mind of Christ? Darrell teaches on the call to live in unity we find in Philippians 2:5-11. This call to unity is not a call to conformity, but rather an invitation to the very oneness we see in the Trinity. As we work through the text we see that the path to oneness is to follow Jesus into humility as the gospel frees us from competition and the need to prove ourselves worthy.
